Met and walked with a dog walker I normally miss, then the regulars all descended and it was dog heaven.

Work was a cracker of cream.

Lunchtime walk with the Tractor chat checking out some lycra gear, what a price it was. Cycling fashion is pricey.

Ran home, a struggle but getting back into it.
