Storm

Refections of St. Martin's in the Fields after the storm which caused total chaos on the trains - left work at 17.30 and got home at 20.15 not good almost 3 hours *sigh*
Victoria Station was clsoed, Cannon Street (my station) was closed so I tried London Bridge which was way too busy so decided to go backwards to Charing X, but it gave me a blip opportunity while I waited on the train. Apparently a lightening strike had knocked out a signal box near Elmstead Woods then whoosh chaos.
Had a lovely lunch with 2 friends but got soaked leaving the pub so sat in the office with damp trousers but by the time I got ome I was really soggy :(
