Ripples

Thank you so much for all the hearts and stars for my blip yesterday of the Highlander on the hill. It made it well worth taking the risk of standing amongst them to blip!

It has been quite a busy day and this morning's walk provided very little opportunity for blips as it was wet and very misty and the camera stayed in my pocket for most of the walk. This afternoon was then spent in the garden trying to cajole the seedlings in the greenhouse into some life and get grow-bags ready to receive young tomato plants which I hope to plant out tomorrow. I was then so busy putting different colour swatches onto the wall, in an attempt to come to a decision about what colour to paint the walls in the living room, that I didn't have time to post before I went out to watch the local amateur dramatic society strut their stuff. They were very entertaining.

The e-blip was taken this afternoon when I fed the fish in the pond. I rather like the circular ripples left after one of the fish had jumped up to grab a bite of wheatgerm pellet. Quite fun when viewed large.. The resulting concentric circles in the water rippling over the other fish make it look as if they are on an underwater merry-go-round .

I've put this in the nature & wildlife group as I wasn't sure where it fitted. If it is wrong, please remove it!
