Black pigs

You might see a strange coloured pig.
I see Iberico ham!
They look brown but are known as black pigs.
We are surrounded by enclosures and oak fields full of these wonderful pigs.
In the main they are looked after really well.
Huge spaces for them to roam around in, large ponds in which to wallow and where possible oak trees so they can eat the acorns when they fall. Acorns are very important to the flavour of the ham.
