Stuffing My Face

Ben likes to stuff all the food in his mouth at once (and smear his face too). Not for him the pick something up, nibble, chew, then swallow. It's like there is only 2 minutes to eat something, or it's going to be taken away . . . .

The step class this morning was quite challenging, as it's new routine, but the music is great and that can carry you on. It was tough on the old legs having a circuits class and swim last night then the step this morning, but I'm in a routine now, and it's just what you do, like eating, sleeping etc.....

We had a surprise visit from trouble and his big brother this evening. Poor Cameron has a sore throat so hope he is ok for his beaver trip to Vane Farm at Kinross with his Beaver colony tomorrow. We have decided already to go back to Pitenweem tomorrow. Another visit to the Cocoa Tree Cafe:-))
