Weekend Getaway in Parra, as you do...

We had gone up to Sydney somewhat reluctantly to collect Mike's new camera (there were issues of trust with the eBay seller) and ended up having a ball in Parramatta, which we'd never checked out properly when we lived in Sydney.

In Autumn not too hot, with great eating to be had and cool multikulti vibe.

The river and park very pleasant, providing great opportunities to test out our cameras, with their interchangeable lenses. My new pancake lens also a great toy to play with, and I hope to branch out into more street photography soon.

Chocolate cafe bars seemed to be all the rage, and at Coco Cubano, I think we stumbled upon the best. The chairs looked so inviting, we had to test them out, and we were fascinated to try a chocolate cocktail. My hot chocolate was good, but Mike's Viva La Revolucion was outstanding - definitely one to try at home...
