Running the London Marathon

This is Alexander Scherz, who now holds the record for the fastest competitor dressed as a jester, after running the London Marathon in this outfit in 3 hours and 1 minute.
I'm not in the least interested in sport of any kind and it was just chance that I was on the Embankment today, but I was thrilled by the wonderful atmosphere and inspired by the thousands of people putting their bodies through this gruelling experience. Crowds cheered them on in the lovely spring sunshine and I was really happy to part of the event, if only as a witness with a camera.
