Appreciation!

Today myself and a colleague facilitated the last face to face session and celebration dinner for our 15 Middle leaders. It has been s tremendous learning journey for them as participants and us as facilitators. The participants also showed their appreciation through a bottle of wine and a bunch of flowers each. Lovely!
