Stickers !

All my girls weren't great sleepers when they were young. Ironically now they are teenagers they love their beds!

This is out attempt to keep No 3 in bed all night.

Over the past 5 years we've tried Bribery, Controlled Crying, Hot Milk, Warm Room, Cold Room, Lying beside her, Leaving her alone, Medised ! (that worked on me anyway !)

Give a 5 year old a sticker and they will do anything !

Sorry - rubbish blip. Been raining ALL day and it's too depressing to blip outside.
