Beloved ..

Little B in Little R's arms. She's on the phone and he just fell asleep in her arms. As luck would have it today, a van backed into her car and dented the bodywork and destroyed the light unit so of course now there's all the bother of insurance to sort out and the driver to be traced. Just one of those things I guess :(

Took my father in law back into the hospital today to the Day Surgery unit. The procedure he went in for was unsuccessful and so he has to go back again on Monday. I feel very sorry for him, he's looking extremely frail and drawn and his life seems to have become one long stretch with various medical and social services appointments. On the plus side, he's decided to try the Meals on Wheels service which I think will be really good as he won't have all the cooking and clearing up to do afterwards.
