In memoriam...

McGOVERN, Máire (née Hackett) - April 24, 2012, in the care of the staff at Newtownpark House Nursing Home (formerly of Merlyn Park, Ballsbridge), beloved wife of Niall and dear mother of Barry, Brian, Helen and Niall, grandmother of Stephen, Angela, Ruth, Mark, Carol, Orla, Sam, Andrew, Grace and Niall, sister of Ita, Dympna, Therese, Tom and Joe and the late Brendan, Eilish, Pat and Fran. She will be sadly missed by Niall and her children, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, brothers and sisters, relatives and friends.

I'm not sure I could ever master the art of summing up such a long life in so few words...
