Waimak Sunset

Today was a busy one with appointments all morning and then school in the afternoon. My teeth are good and my classroom is spotless, you'll be pleased to know.

Tomorrow I am taking a day for me (and Cousteau) with lunch, a little shopping and general girlie things.

Today was one of those days where the special NZ light was at its best. Everything just looked bright, clean and clear. I just marvelled at it all as I was driving past.

Canters, Cousteau and I went for a walk down by the Waimak this evening to catch the sunset. Of course, it got spectacular the minute we left, but this golden light was pretty special too.

Off out for pizza once I've fed the dog.
