Why indeed?

We got up late this morning (8.30 am) and then proceeded to chill out. We sat around talking and reading until around 1 o'clock and then I jumped into action. I walked up and down hills for an hour and a half and then went in search of beer - to no avail, everything's closed on a Sunday.

What I did find, however, was this old moped with a very thought-provoking question. My granny once said to me when I was a teenager - 'why be normal? Normal's boring'. I wholeheartedly agree. Obviously so did the owner of the Peugeot.

Off out tonight for a meal at one of the English teachers' houses and tomorrow the madness starts again. (Although the children will be at school all morning, so another lie-in! Yippee.)
