End of the West Highland Way

Ugh! A self portrait. However, I felt that as this was a year of photographs it was important to mark the end of a successful walk of the West Highland Way. For those living "down south", I've been told the weather over the last week has been wet (to put it mildly). While we have had rain, gale force winds and even snow, in general the weather has been reasonably good, dry for the majority, indeed sunny for some of the time.

I'll be blogging the last day of the walk with some more photos later.

Many thanks for all of the supportive comments. I've had a great time and Ross, my walking partner, has already asked what we are going to do next year. That's a sure sign of a good walk!
