1pm

Well I wanted to do something funky with the 1pm clock on the cooker but I got interrupted by my youngest terror trying to abseil the kitchen. Finger wagging commenced. Hehe.

Had the rudest of awakenings at 4am this morning. A wall shelf literally came off the wall and dumped its contents on us. Was a real shock. J's arm got bruised and cut and we opened our eyes surrounded by books and photos. Funnily enough, I didn't get back to sleep after that.

It's the oddest thing to have flood warnings after days and says of rain, while we have a hosepipe ban in place. This of course, I know, isn't very interesting but it might be to me in a few years when I read this back. That's if I survive that long and I don't get booked to death in the meantime ;-)
