More Than Meets The Eyes

Ramadan is now officially over and we are into Eid-Al-Fitr.

Everything goes back to normal timing-wise, and that means trips to the cinema can once again take place before 9.30pm.

In the last 24 hours, we've seen:

The Host
Low-ish budget Korean horror movie involving a mutant fish hell bent on kidnap and consumption of humans. Pretty silly, especially some of the strange Korean humour, but some nice original set pieces made it entertaining enough.

Death Race
Fast cars, loud soundtrack, great visuals, all a bit generic but Jason Statham is always worth an admission fee.
