Hear ye, hear ye!

Here we are, allegedly the oldest 'Inn' in England! (wish I had a penny for everytime I have seen this!).

We wondered if it should read "the oldest Inn (of Nottingham) in England", although at 1189AD, I reckon that's pretty old! Unless you can tell me different! Most of the information I could find was 'Sales & Marketing' blurb, so I wondered how much embellishment it contained. Perhaps you've been there?
