Drying out

Back home after a wonderful short break in London, I took my macro lens around the garden to see what had developed etc.

I took photos of the apple blossom that is developing well. A couple of flies were posing on the loganberries again.

I casually went over past the waterbutt only to find that my daring ladybird from Monday morning was floating upside down on the surface. She had clearly fallen in (I didn't push her honest !!!).

I got her out with a trowel and lots of water and put her on the grass. I took a few photos as she shook her wings, dried herself a little - and trotted off
