Traffic Chaos!

It seems life forever, but in reality its only been a few months, which is still way too long that there have been traffic lights at the double roundabouts on my commute to work.

I'm hoping they are going to go soon, but I fear if they do it wont be long before they are back!

Once home I decided to get out my bike and make the most of a dry evening, 17km on the bike then a 5km run in 28mins. Not bad and looking forward to Sunday's tri. Just hope it does not get colder. Had an email from the organisers, the lake is currently 11.4 degrees, if it drops below 11 degrees its too cold according to the rules so the swim will be scratched, will see,
