Lovely ride & weather

Few hours sleep after nights and off to the vets with Tiggy, prescribed with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory and he seems much more perky!

New tyres on the car.

Then off out this evening for a spin with the tri club, lovely evening for it! We cycled out to Vobster Quay the lake that I swim in, when its a bit warmer. There were a few hardy souls braving the 10 degree temps for a dip!

In total 22 miles completed :)
