Unearthed unknown alpine

The wild winds at the weekend threw parts of my honeysuckle to the ground. Upon trying to reattach it to my fence this afternoon I discovered these tiny flowers, belonging to an alpine plant bought years ago.

I'd quite forgotten it was there! No idea what it's called but it was a bright spot in an otherwise dull and windswept garden.
