Voting Time 'Scream'

Voting today at Reid Memorial Church Hall and noticed THIS on the wall just outside the voting booths.

I really wonder if they KNOW they're sitting on a fortune and should probably have it more securely displayed and certainly not to add any more graffitti to it; I mean £74 million would go a long way in refurbishment!
