Black Rock '5'

This is the 'rock' that we ran around for the Black Rock '5' race tonight.

Start at Kinghorn, through the town, onto the beach, through the puddled sea, round the rock and back to town!

A gottle of gear for finishers ... and a half decent time for some!
Look down the list to just under 38minutes for LOL to finish in the top half of the field!
