Busy day at work learning how to build things before going to Boston.

Finished there and then went for a session with the trainer at the gym. God it shard work with him and he has changed my program for the worst. More reps and bigger weights. Thats going to be fun in the morning. Thanks.

Back up blip tonight as we are packing to go and see a couple of friends near Plymouth early in the morning for a few day. Looking forward to catching up and having some down time and time to talk about our holiday later in the year

I bought J some flowers last weekend when shopping. Here is one of the Tulips that has just started to go past its best but still very nice to look at
