Mia's first check-up

Today, the early childhood nurse came to visit to check little Mia. Compared to an average weight gain of 150g-200g they are looking for per week, Mia only gained 110g in 12 days. I told the nurse about Mia's marathon feeds and she, too, thinks that our daughter may not be getting the good stuff but only the watery foremilk. Again, I was told to go to the breastfeeding clinic on Monday.
The good news: our daughter has a really strong neck. We can already pull her up by her hands and she can hold up her head.
