Marching band

Kind of a lazy morning, then drove back up to Miami University for the game. The band always does a short pre-game concert outside the stadium, and I was able to snap this picture of Laura before they left to line up to enter the stadium. It was a beautiful sunny day again, but not as warm as I had expected, and once our side of the stadium was overtaken by shade, we got quite cold. Meanwhile, the band, in their uniforms, were on the other side of the stadium and in full sun all of the game, wishing they were in shade! The football team lost -again (I think they've won one game so far!!), but the atmosphere's always good anyway, and it makes for a good afternoon. In the evening the three of us went out to eat at Olive Garden, one of our favorite restaurants
