Victoria Station Manchester

I will get a better photo of these one day as I haven't done them justice...I was using Graham's phone and it wouldn't give me a wide enough angle to fit more signage in. I also had to cut out the signs for a certain shop which is why it's cropped beyond belief...having said all that, I still love these signs. Imagine the excitement of heading to such exotic places back in the day.

My younger two sons were off school today as their school was officially closed due to it being voting day yesterday...when their school wasn't even used as a temporary voting station. No, I don't get it either. Work phoned me at 9.01am to see if I would cover two GP surgeries. Talk about short notice...it just wasn't possible with the boys being off and my uniforms were in the wash too. Why did I feel guilty for the rest of the morning though?
