Forest

What I had planned for today didn't come together for one reason and another, so I made a hasty plan B. My walk took me through forest - as in the blip- then out onto open rough mountain side. From there down into pasture land and then I hit the road. I didn't want to walk back along the road so I retraced my steps. I'd not done this walk before although it's pretty close to chez moi.

The afternoon I spent in the garden filling a barrow with weeds . This cleared the vegetable beds and gave the pigs something to munch on. I like doing 2 chores at once! Colm is off out with his friends to the jazz festival in Ballydehob. He won't be back til late.
