Spotted this today as I strolled to work. Can this be deemed as litter as it is not dropped.

Took half day to meet Eco mum for lunch and a visit to the Impressionist exhibition. Very pleasant afternoon.

Delivered the jam and jelly to the school for the parent's evening hopefully raise some cash for the school.
