Pearls of Wisdom

Found these discarded shells down at the boat jetty yesterday and wondered if these are what pearls are found in. They do pearl diving in Bahrain so maybe they are. I see a boat has been burnt - missed that bit of excitement. I went for a walk just before 8am but it's already too hot by then. By the time I get home my head is exploding and I head up to the pool where I bury it in the not too cold water for a while!
