And the Sun Beats Down

Just gone 5 am and the sun is already getting too bright to photograph! There's no romantic colourful sunrise in the heat of summer (or is it still spring?) just a hot ball rising up with no colour at all. But peaceful watching the dhows leaving for the day.....but what are my plans for the day. Hide in the shade and try and practice for an English test I have to write for my UK visa in a few days time. But writing the test does mean a trip home to SA so that's ok. Never expected to have to prove that I'm English speaking but coming from a country that speaks Afrikaans and 11 different African languages we're not considred an English speaking country.
