Hardcastle's Astounding Human Vegetable Machine!

Just when you thought life couldn't get more surreal, we stumbled across this on the village green at Burnsall. You paid a pound, the miserable threesome laughed uproariously and then each laid a vegetable infront of them. If you got three of a kind, you won a fiver! Well, I couldn't resist, and I won with 3 leeks! Loved it.
Next to these people was a ducking stool, with a poor frozen lad on a chair poised above a tank of icy water. The sky litter was falling and the wind was blowing, and yes to everyone's delight he got a dunking.
Just like stepping back in time.
