All work and no play..,

Good news! I woke up this morning and my legs didn't hurt - Woohoo! They ache a little after the run yesterday, but they're fine. I think I must be getting used to this running lark.

I didn't take the bank holiday, so i was in the office this morning. It wasn't all bad though, this afternoon I drove up to Fort William for a work trip. It took me just under 4 hours to get here, so I checked into my hotel and headed out to get a blip. I couldn't resist this wee boat coming in!

It's dreary here so I'm now headed back to the hotel to escape the rain.
