Solanum Crispum Glasnerium

This is also known as the Blue Potato Vine or Climbing Chilean Potato Tree.

My dear friend MrsToad gave this to me as a very small plant a long, long time ago. It spent many unhappy years in a pot because I couldn't decide where to plant it WELL I finally made my mind up and I can now see it from our lounge window.

It's very happy in it's permanent home and is scrambling through the branches of a twisted hazel. In fact it's so happy that I keep cutting it back because it tries to strangle me when I'm walking past :-)
