Today's the day ....................... to say thank you

Hello everyone - I'm back! And I would just like to say thank you for all your messages of support and well-wishing that surrounded me like a warm glow in the dark days of the past week.

I'm pleased to say that actually, they turned out to be not that dark after all - and here I am - this side of the op with the above items as my constant companions ie. a pair of walking sticks, a grabber, two foam donuts and a bin liner. Three of them are indispensable aids - and the other three are instruments of torture. I leave it to you to work out which is which.

I am being looked after wonderfully by Roma - and Will's not bad either. I'm looking forward to catching up with you all soon - but have patience with me. I seem to require a little sleep after doing the least little thing ....................
