Spam, Eggs and Rice...Breakfast of Champions

In Hawai'i, you can order Spam, Eggs and Rice at McDonald's. This morning, my wife had the "ono's " for just such a breakfast. Much Mahalos to our neighbor Anatoli for the farm fresh eggs.
By The Way, before I could even finish and publish this post, my wife fell "victim" to EPS. Otherwise known in our home as Empty Plate Syndrome. She wen' grind'em Brah!
