A Sirloin Burger Created With "Choke Aloha&qu
After spending most of my day cooking for other people, I look forward to coming home and creating a dish especially for my wife Kana. Tonight was a BBQ Grilled Teriyaki Sirloin Burger on a Toasted Onion Roll with Swiss Cheese, Avocado, Grilled Sweet Maui Onions and Mushrooms, Fresh Romaine Lettuce and Tomato Slices sprinkled with Coarse French Grey Sea Salt and Crushed Peppercorn. Of course, we are Hawai'ian so the dressing is Best Foods Mayonnaise. The slang "choke" in Hawai'ian Pidgin English means "a plethora of" and when I create, you are all 'Ohana to us and so I prepare and share our creations with "Choke Aloha"
