Grace's tree - an update!

Back in May, I asked for some advice about how to plant out a tree that had been given to Grace when she was born. Unfortunately the tree was badly damaged recently, we think when the roof was being fixed and some rubble came down from above and snapped one of the two main 'boughs'. So I decided to take action. Still not decided on a suitable spot to plant the tree, so we're keeping it potted, but I have repotted it into a much larger container and have also cut off and repotted the part that snapped off, hoping it too might grow. It's turning a beautiful shade as the leaves die off for another year and looked lovely today in the autumn light.
