"New comments!"

This was Alasdair's suggestion; a notice of new comments while you're away looking at something else.

If you're on the homepage then open or move to a new tab, you'll now get told when you receive a new comment; the Blipfoto tab's title will change to "x new comments". Just a tiny improvement to save a few mouse clicks :)

Browsers: IE9+ and everything else.
