No more RSI

Although the Dear BlipCentral... thread is massive these days we do still keep an eye on it. andmoff pointed out that it took him around 80 clicks on the calendar to go back a few months, which reminded us that we solved this particular issue a while back but never released it.

So here it is - just click the month name or year to bring up a list, and select an option to jump directly to it. Easy.
