Productive day!

Best day for a while. Finished the bloody big application, even finished my quarterly report beofre its Tues deadline! how clever am I?
Youngest daughter was at an agency interview last week and was promised three days work and she was over the moon, next day agency cancelled , she was forlorne. Today they phoned with an offer of work which may last the season for a Tour company so she is cock a hoop! Like ~I say when one door shuts....another opens!
Mind you I am up to my ears dealing with no1 son's car insurance claim. He had a small prang and offered to pay for damage himself as he is still young.Person in question however put it into a garage and estimate came back higher than persons car is worth. I phoned insurance company on his behalf and they could not have been nicer so here's hoping it sorts itself out. Seriously kids put you through an emotional wringer!
Can't help thinking that the word "freshly" on the cow's blackboard is a bit odd! In fact the whole cow is rather revolting looking and today for the first time I have to say it has rained, but hey ho thats what keeps Scotland green!
