Evening all.

Well do you or don't you?

I do, have done from an early age.

I guess it must have been ingrained in me from the tales of old wives (and mothers)

I notice with equal degrees of amusement and curiosity that i seemed to have passed it on to my own daughter.

The odd thing is that i poo poo all the other ones, i fall over black cats on a daily basis, actively walk under ladders, Friday the 13th passes with no mark on my mental calendar, and i neither touch wood nor covert the feet of rabbits, nor try and induce favour from strangers ushering in a new year......

but i still salute the magpie!
