Fitting In

Why is that we always call them the "Tall Ships"? Why not 'the Beautiful Ships' or the 'Vintage Ships' or something...why do we focus on their height?

Were you ever 'the tall kid'? I remember standing in the girls restroom in school with friends and they were all shorter than me. I guess in certain groups, I was the tall kid. Then I evened out. Now I get to look up to others and wonder if they wish they could be the brilliant kid or the gorgeous kid.

So much to say about that..but so little time.
