Squodge
Following on nicely from yesterday's "Plop".
More grey, muddy, drippy weather misery today.
I hate this light . It makes lazy photography more difficult. This photo's terrible.
I heard tell of nice weather in other areas. But not here. It's dripped and plopped all day again, leaving the ground very squodgy.
I woke up with a headache and puffy eyes this morning - 3 days after starting trying to drink coffee again. So that's that: me and coffee and stress don't mix.
Tess was back at school finally today and I spent about 7 hours reading what I thought would only take the morning so I decided to get out with my camera and try to shake some life into myself. I squidged and squodged over the hill with Richard and the dog, eventually managing to clear my head. Only to come home to a load of crappy photos.
Headache's back now and so is the worry about all the reading I still haven't done, but a good slide about in mud was better than staring at my books any longer.
This is a pile of junk up the hill from our house that is slowly getting hidden under nettles and other weeds. Very apt to see an unwanted deckchair at the moment.
I've put in a request for better light here tomorrow.
Boy - I've struggled to write this. I hate this stress head
