Day 1

Woke up late.
Ran to the bus.
Cut my toe on the way.
Bus journey fine.
Stopped at the crypt of Szechenyi Istvan and his family.
Arrived in Sopron.
Hostel nice and kids happy with their rooms.
Nice guided tour of Sopron with a sweet old man.
Nice walk with head of department.
Nice dinner of fish kebab with hod.
Delicious macaroon, caramalised pear and rafaello ice cream.
Back to hostel.
Students relaxing.
Checked they are all in bed at 11.
Now it's time for bed but I can't get hold of L so am sad I can't say good night and am worried about him. I miss him.

All in all a great first day of the class trip.
