inspired by a wet welsh poppy

This poor little flower was nearly drowned in the rain yesterday but has survived showers and sunshine today. It has established itself in the corner just outside the garage. If I don't watch it, Adrian will declare war on it. I have had to relinquish my desire to let the dandelions thrive in order to win the right to keep this less invasive species.

I think Adrian's battle on dandelions will be a full time occupation if today's dispersal of dandelion seeds is anything to go by!
