Trying to focus!

Everyone has been so nice, thank you all for your words of encouragement and kindness! Today was a better day! I have been finding it hard to focus on things! Long walk with the dog, time to reflect. Took dad for lunch! He seemed a bit more upbeat today! Which makes me feel better about things! We were a bit like the Simpsons tonight, all of us including dad squashed on the couch to watch a movie! Need to get to work and get my focus back to where it needs to be!
