The Red House Glass Cone.
Once upon a time Stourbridge was the centre for glass making in England, apparently having started in the 17th Century. Now the Red House Glass Cone is believed to be the last remaining glass making cone in the world. It is open to the public and there are glass blowing demonstrations at the weekend.
We've just been and I took several photos but I pondered over what to use as today's blip - one showing the glass blower at work or one of the cone. I plumped for the latter in case it really is the last one left in the world.
