A Sweet Treat for Mother's Day

Fortunately for our customers, however unfortunate for our 'Ohana , I had to work most of the day. So they wouldn't forget me, I made this Oh So Yummy No-Bake Chocolate Pie. Since two of our sons LOVE Mint Oreo Cookies and our youngest daughter LOVES Chotlic Chips, I covered the top and filled the inside respectively. Ten hours and 7/8 ths of a pie later, they welcomed me home. I thought my wife married me for my money (I had 37¢ in my pocket when we met) however she assures me it had to do with my culinary skills. Happy Mother's Day!
