Who needs an umberella......??

Well folks seems like i've been neglecting my duties as a blipper.......

From what i understand, Swans lays their eggs on consecutive days, then when they're ready to hatch the cygnets hatch on consecutive days.........If' thats the case then these two cygnets have been with us for a couple of days, if not longer.

Mum's still sitting tight on the nest, while the Cob busy's himself bringing extra reeds and other vegetation to the nest.

The summer weather of the last couple of days, has been replaced with a rather cold Northerly wind accompanied by rain, the cygnets have the right idea, snuggling down under mum's plumage...........
